The Jetson TX2 NX has more of all three: 6 CPU cores vs. 4, 256 CUDA cores vs. 128, and 51.2 GB/s memory bandwidth vs. 25.6 GB/s. By my calculation from those figures, that's double the CUDA cores and double the memory bandwidth.

- Same footprint: You're right that both use the 260-pin SO-DIMM form factor. The TX2 NX is also described as pin-compatible with the Nano and Xavier NX. developer...developer.nvidia.com ↗“Reduced-form-factor Pascal SoM (Nano/Xavier NX pin-compatible)”
- Memory: Both modules have 4 GB of LPDDR4, so the bandwidth difference isn't down to memory capacity or type. developer... +1developer.nvidia.com ↗“4GB LPDDR4 (25.6 GB/s)”developer.nvidia.com ↗“memory.memory_bandwidth_gb_per_s=51.2”
