The box PC with the most PoE ports in our Jetson Orin Nano ecosystem is the NEXCOM ATC 3563-NA8C/NAA8CR — it carries 8x GbE PoE+ ports (802.3af/at), with a 120 W PoE budget and RJ45 or M12 connector options. nexcom.comnexcom.com ↗“8x GbE PoE+ (RJ45 or M12, 120W)”

Runner-ups with 6 and 4 PoE ports, in case the ATC 3563's form factor or price doesn't fit your budget build:
- Advantech MIC-712P-ON — 6x GbE PoE ports (plus 2x GbE non-PoE), 150 W PoE budget, Jetson Orin Nano 4/8GB, fanless. advantech...advantech.com ↗“2x GbE + 6x GbE PoE (150W budget)”
- Vecow EAC-6200-AR04/AR08 — 6x GigE LAN with 4x PoE+, Jetson Orin Nano 4/8GB Super Mode, -25 to 70 °C. vecow.comvecow.com ↗“6x GigE LAN with 4x PoE+”
- NEXCOM ATC 3560-IP7-NA4C — 4x GbE PoE+ + 1x GbE, IP67, 30 W PoE budget. nexcom.comnexcom.com ↗“4x GbE PoE+ + 1x GbE”
- AAEON BOXER-8623AI — 4x GbE PoE/PSE + 1x GbE, Orin Nano Super Mode. aaeon.comaaeon.com ↗“4x GbE PoE/PSE plus 1x GbE”
Two caveats: I could not verify pricing for any of these, so I can't confirm which is actually the cheapest for a budget build — you'll need current quotes from each vendor or a distributor. Also, the ATC 3563's 8-PoE lead is specific to box PCs listed with the Jetson Orin Nano family; if you'd consider an Orin NX-based system, a couple of the 4-PoE options above (EAC-6200 is Nano-only, but e.g. the Axiomtek AIE900B-ONX supports both Nano and NX) could broaden the pool.
