The E5-NB16 / E5-NB16W has 90 TOPS more AI performance (157 vs. 67 TOPS) and 8 GB more memory (16 GB vs. 8 GB) than the E5-NA08 / E5-NA08W.

| Memory | 8 GB | 16 GB | +8 GB (2×) |
Notes:
- Both are Orin-generation modules, so both TOPS figures are sparse INT8 and can be compared directly.
- I took the gap figures by subtracting and dividing the listed values: 157 − 67 = 90 and 157 ÷ 67 ≈ 2.34. For memory, 16 − 8 = 8 and 16 ÷ 8 = 2.
- EnGenius doesn't list a Super-mode figure for either box, so the comparison only covers the TOPS values above.
- Apart from the module, the two boxes have the same I/O, are fanless, and have the same rated operating range of -20 °C to 70 °C. The "W" variants add onboard Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. doc.engeni... +1doc.engenius.ai ↗“the W variant adds onboard Wi-Fi/Bluetooth”doc.engenius.ai ↗“thermal.max_operating_temp_c=70 °C, thermal.min_operating_temp_c=-20 °C”
