For an outdoor traffic counter, the EAI-I132 is the more general-purpose choice of the two (its sibling EAI-V151 is aimed at in-vehicle use). One thing to note: the EAI-I132's -40 to 70 °C range holds only under its stated condition that it depends on installed peripherals, and its IP rating is IP20 — for an unenclosed outdoor installation you'd want to plan for weather protection. Each of these units also offers PoE on two ports, which is convenient for powering IP traffic cameras directly from the box.
