The Advantech EPC-R7200 is the TX2 NX embedded system with the most Ethernet ports — 6, all 1GbE. It's an industrial fanless edge AI PC on Jetson TX2 NX/Nano/Xavier NX SoMs, so it takes the TX2 NX module as one of several supported options rather than being a TX2 NX-only design. advantech... +2advantech.com ↗“io.ethernet_ports=6”advantech.com ↗“io.max_ethernet_speed=1GbE”advantech.com ↗“Industrial fanless edge AI PC on Jetson TX2 NX/Nano/Xavier NX SoMs”
I ranked all 14 TX2 NX-compatible systems in the Embedded AI Systems catalog by Ethernet port count; the EPC-R7200 tops the list. Other details relevant to a network tap build: advantech...advantech.com ↗“14 of 14 products in scope have a value”

One caveat: all of the top TX2 NX systems here are 1GbE only — I did not find any TX2 NX-based embedded system with a higher-speed Ethernet option in this group, so if your tap needs multi-gigabit throughput, that constraint would not be met by these products.
