Both are Neousys PCIe frame grabber/vision accelerator cards, but they're built on different Jetson generations — and their lifecycle status differs significantly.

In short: the PCIe-GL26 is an older card built on the Xavier NX platform, at Gen 3, and is now end-of-life. The PCIe-NX156U3 is the newer generation built on Orin NX, at Gen 4, and is still active. Note that the performance figures aren't directly comparable across the two — the GL26's 21 TOPS is dense INT8, while the NX156U3's 100 TOPS is sparse INT8, per each manufacturer's stated basis.
