Here are the alternatives to the BOXER-8646AI: two other vendors — NEXCOM and EverFocus — offer fanless AGX Orin box PCs with 10GbE and at least 6 PoE ports, across 5 models.

How they compare to the BOXER-8646AI
- The NEXCOM ATC 3750 family all pair a Jetson AGX Orin 32GB/64GB module with 275 INT8 TOPS (sparse) and 64 GB memory, with an 80 W total PoE budget (802.3af/802.3at) across their 6 PoE ports; the -IP7 variants add an IP67 housing for harsh environments. nexcom.com +2nexcom.com ↗“275 INT8 TOPS (sparse), 6x Ethernet, 6x PoE”nexcom.com ↗“power.poe_total_budget_w=80 W”nexcom.com ↗“mechanical.ip_rating=IP67”
- The EverFocus eNVP-JAO-AI-V0008 steps up port density with 8 PoE ports plus 10 total Ethernet ports, also on AGX Orin 32/64GB with 275 INT8 TOPS (sparse). everfocus... +1everfocus.com ↗“1x 10GbE + 1x GbE + 8x PoE”everfocus.com ↗“performance.max_ai_tops=275 TOPS”
- By comparison, the BOXER-8646AI still leads on raw port density (14 Ethernet, 12 PoE) but is rated at 200 TOPS and its catalog lifecycle status is EOL — worth noting if long-term availability matters to you. aaeon.com +2aaeon.com ↗“12x PoE + 10G LAN”aaeon.com ↗“performance.max_ai_tops=200 TOPS”aaeon.com ↗“identity.lifecycle_status=EOL”
Two caveats from the catalog data: the NEXCOM operating temperature ranges hold only "depending on power mode and PoE load," and both the EverFocus and BOXER units state their ranges require airflow. nexcom.com +1nexcom.com ↗“Depends on power mode, Depends on PoE load”everfocus.com ↗“Requires airflow”
