| Model | Jetson module | AI TOPS (default) | AI TOPS (Super) |
|---|---|---|---|
| VZ6100 | Orin NX | 100 | 157 |
| VZ6000 | Orin NX | 70 | No Super figure listed |
| VZ5100 | Orin Nano | 40 | 67 |
| VZ5000 | Xavier NX | 21 | — |
Notes on these numbers:
- What the TOPS figures measure: All of them are INT8. The Orin-based boxes are rated with sparsity, and the Xavier NX–based VZ5000 is rated without it (dense). So the VZ5000 number isn't a direct match for the others.
- VZ6000 and Super mode: The manufacturer doesn't list a Super-mode figure for the VZ6000. Its 70 TOPS is the only rating available, and it shouldn't be read as a sign of slower hardware.
- Comparing modes: Even in Super mode, the VZ5100 (67 TOPS) stays below the VZ6100's default 100 TOPS.
