Syslogic computers that support Jetson Thor

Asked as: “Upgrading our Syslogic fleet to Thor. Which Syslogic computers support Jetson Thor?”

Answered by the Rapidflare agent

Syslogic currently offers three Jetson Thor-based rugged AI computers in our catalog, all in the Edge AI Box PC family: the RPC RML A5AGX, the RPC RML A5AGX (SPE), and the RPC RSL A5AGX.

How they differ:

  • RPC RML A5AGX and its SPE variant are the high-end T5000 128 GB machines — both are fanless, IP67/IP69K-rated, support 5G cellular plus Wi-Fi/BT and GNSS, run JetPack 7.1 through 7.2.1, and accept 9–45 V power input. The SPE variant adds 8 GMSL camera inputs on top of the 6x 10GbE (4x PoE) and 2x CAN connectivity of the base model. syslogic.com +1syslogic.com ↗“Syslogic Edge AI box PC for Jetson Thor, 1035 FP8 TOPS (sparse), 6x Ethernet, 4x PoE, 2x CAN, 8x GMSL, 5G”syslogic.com ↗“1035 FP8 TOPS (sparse), 6x Ethernet, 4x PoE, 2x CAN, 5G”
  • RPC RSL A5AGX is the compact T4000 64 GB option — fanless, IP67/IP69, 5G + Wi-Fi/BT + GNSS, 2x 10GbE, 2x CAN, 4x USB, and 9–36 V input. syslogic.comsyslogic.com ↗“Syslogic Edge AI box PC for Jetson Thor T4000, up to 600 INT8 TOPS (sparse, 70W module figure), 2x Ethernet, 2x CAN, 5G”

A note on the performance figures: the 1035 and 600 TOPS values are INT8 sparse figures for the Thor generation (the Thor datasheet states FP8 TFLOPS is equivalent to INT8 TOPS), and the FP4 figures are quoted at their own precision — they're not comparable with the INT8 numbers. All three products are listed as Active in their lifecycle status.

If your fleet upgrade is camera-heavy, the SPE variant's 8 GMSL inputs are the main differentiator; if you need maximum memory (128 GB) and PoE density, the RML A5 line is the fit; the RSL A5AGX is the lower-power entry point on the T4000 module.
