No — I couldn't find any Diamond Systems carrier board or dev kit for Jetson Thor in our catalog. I checked the full Partner Ecosystem for products that are both manufactured by Diamond Systems and list Jetson Thor as a supported module family, and there were no matches.
What Diamond Systems does offer, and what those boards actually support:

The closest Diamond Systems boards to a Thor-class platform are the two Osbourne carrier boards (OSB-BB01 and OSB-ASY-01), which target the highest-performance modules Diamond currently lists support for — AGX Orin and AGX Orin Industrial, at 275 TOPS with 10GbE connectivity — but these are not Thor products and I can't confirm any Thor roadmap plans for Diamond Systems from what I retrieved. diamondsys... +2diamondsystems.com ↗“275 TOPS”diamondsystems.com ↗“10GbE”diamondsystems.com ↗“275 TOPS”
If a Jetson Thor carrier board is the requirement, it would be worth looking at other partners in the ecosystem — the catalog does list 97 Jetson Thor products across all vendors — or reaching out to Diamond Systems directly about future plans.
