Short answer: no — I could not find any AGX Orin carrier board under 50 g. Of the 45 carrier boards in the catalog that support the Jetson AGX Orin family, none comes in under your 50 g limit, and 25 of them don't publish a weight at all.
I ranked the AGX Orin-compatible carrier boards by weight, and the lightest five that list a weight are:
| Product | Manufacturer | Weight | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| DSBOARD-AGX | Forecr | 103 g | 100 × 100 mm, 12–30 VDC, -25 °C min temp forecr.ioforecr.io ↗“103 g” |
| Y-C9 | PLink-AI | 112 g | Compact board, 100 × 136 × 20 mm, -40~85 °C plink-ai.complink-ai.com ↗“112 g” |
| RTSO-2005 | Realtimes | 119 g | 105 × 105 × 29.5 mm, 2x GMSL/8-camera inputs, -40 °C realtimesa...realtimesai.com ↗“119 g” |
| MILBOARD-AGX | Forecr | 120 g | Military/aerospace-grade, 140 × 150 mm, MIL-STD forecr.ioforecr.io ↗“120 g” |
| DSBOARD-AGXMAX | Forecr | 132 g | 125 × 140 mm, SFP+ 10GbE forecr.ioforecr.io ↗“132 g” |
Two caveats on that table:
- The 50 g threshold produced zero confirmed matches, but 25 of the 45 AGX Orin-compatible boards have no weight listed in the catalog — I can't rule out that one of those is lighter, and I'd rather say that than present the lightest listed board as if it were proof nothing lighter exists.
- The 103 g Forecr DSBOARD-AGX is the lightest with a published weight; that's more than double your budget even before adding the module and heatsink.
A practical note for your drone budget: the AGX Orin module itself and its thermal solution will dominate the mass stack, so even the lightest carrier here likely pushes the total well past where you want to be. If you can trade down compute, I did see carrier boards for smaller Jetson families (Orin NX / Orin Nano / Xavier NX) in the same catalog group — happy to rank those by weight next, since those modules and carriers are typically far lighter than the AGX Orin family.
